• B.S. degree in a technical or scientific field 
• Minimum 3 years related experience
• Ability to recognize top-level functionality of a system through system descriptions and specifications; experience doing so
• Knowledge of complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of and experience with Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• A self-starter with the ability to initiate action and requiring minimal supervision
• Some travel may be required
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

 Desired/Preferred:

• M.S. degree in a technical or scientific field
• Background in Army Missile Defense Systems such as Patriot or THAAD
• Knowledge of the integration and verification of large software systems
• CMMI experience 
• Experience with IBM DOORS tool
• COBIT IT Governance Framework experience
