Provide expert predictive obsolescence research, mitigation solutions, technical analysis and engineering recommendations with specialization in reverse engineering, hardware design/integration recommendations and material qualifications for Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) programs.  Chair on Special Task Committees which provide requirements and recommendations for new developments.  Analyze and execute action items to include budget requirements and managing activities required for successful completion of tasks.  Present analysis of system requirements and sustainment findings to Program Office and other higher authority, yielding cost avoidance to the government.  Perform quarterly system health assessments across AMCOM and NASA programs to address cost, schedule, and technical risks associated with obsolescence.  Develop and coordinate proposals using Defense Micro Electronics Agency (DMEA) cost analysis algorithm to forecast mitigation budget and calculate cost savings to programs.  Submit and review Statements of Work (SOW), Cost Projection and other Material Requirements Documentation.  Develop Executive Summaries for DOD and Foreign Military Sales.  Administrate working relations between Program Office, International Program Office, and Prime Contractors.  Provide recommendations for comprehensive database to track system configuration, and component and module mitigation.  Work with database team that designs and develops applications.  Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks.
