Performs test activities that include development of manual test procedures, preparation of test documentation (i.e., test plans, descriptions, reports), and conducting of tests, to include component level tests, system integration tests and formal qualification tests.  Analyzes and measures the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of organizational programs.  Establishes study methods and techniques, and analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of complex program operations.  Applies mastery knowledge of a wide range of analytical methods to assess and evaluate the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of programs.   Performs detailed and complex calculations.  Maintains an effective work relationship with project management, software development staff, and numerous customers and subcontractors. Supports software development team with design, development, and maintenance of test tools. Travels as required to support the customer’s needs. 

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years related experience, to include experience with software testing activities and knowledge and skills in using test automation tools
• Experience writing test plans, executing test procedures, regression testing, performance testing, sprint testing, etc
• Knowledge of military and software development industry standards, software test methodologies, software requirement generation and maintenance, networking, client/server technologies, relational DBMS, Army communications, written and oral communication skills, and troubleshooting skills 
• Self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with people.  Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.  Ability to multi-task, with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
• Some travel
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

Preferred:

• Experience with DOORs Requirements Management Tool
• Scripting language experience - Perl, Javascript, etc. 
• Experience working with databases using SQL queries
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
