Senior Software Manager
Primary responsibility for the day-to-day execution of operations and assigned programs, to include responsibility for management of cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, to ensure completion of all contract deliverables and attainment of the highest levels of customer satisfaction.  Leads, directs, and guides personnel and teams to achieve successful completion of all assigned projects on time and within budget.  Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, contract provisions, and applicable laws and regulations.  Reports to and assists the Program Manager in assuring that timely and effective communications are maintained both with customers and with internal company functional areas, involving all significant issues.  Has several years experience in Senior positions, Government Program Offices or other non-government organizations closely related to the DoD Software development programs. Experience in interfacing directly with the government designated representatives and supervising various task order activities.

 


Requirements:

 


Accredited bachelors or higher degree in business, management, engineering, or science. Preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.   An advance degree/training desired. Engineering degree must be from an ABET accredited institution. 


Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience leading to successfully demonstrated project leadership responsibilities. Must be extremely effective at managing change, and meeting cost, schedule, and technical goals in the presence of shifting priorities and requirements.


Must possess strong business management, leadership, and team building skills, with high degree of technical apptitude.

 


Must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
